Machining Process
Why Pick US
We control the content of PTFE(Teflon) and stainless steel wires per customer’s ask for.
Some are from Japan and EPTTiwan, some are from EPTT neighborhood. Only select substantial good quality materials.
We check leakage of each roll ahead of braiding, then we cut 300mm and crEPTT it to check
burst strain soon after brading.
We use CNC Lathes EPTT for finish fittings production. EPTT system, knife and inspection
equipment are all EPTTed from Japan.
We use EPTmaflex Crimping EPTT which is EPTTed from France. This EPTT has
accurate and stable overall performance for crimping simply because it is developed for PTFE hose crimping only.
