The machine is mainly used for cutting cold steel plate (plate strength: 450Mpa/mm
This series of products adopt gantry construction. The motor directly transmit to two groups of gear transmission chain through coupling.
One group is in the closed gear box. Low
speed group is open transmission. It can run steadily and used conveniently.
The machine is used for cutting steel plate or fine repairing the steel edge in steel structure factory, shipyard, boiler factory, motor factory,
EPT machinery plant and etc.
1. The machine is applicable to uncoiling, leveling, shearing, workshop of production line for plate processing.
2. The machine base is steel- welding, the structure is compact, good rigidity.
3. Track of blade movement is precision casting copper, less friction.
4. Upper guide can adjust until achieve a good shear section, below blade can adjust via welding screw make the cutting mouth smooth.
5. Feeding devices use spring pressure, the clamps have mat piece, pressure force is big, and not easy to damage the sheet metal surface.
6. The machine use completely independent closed gear box transmission system, move directly connection with main axil, compact structure,
gear have good lubrication, low
noise and long life.
7. Equipped with pneumatic clutch device, high friction, long service life, clutch speed is high so that improve the shearing speed.
